We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist in our construction office. Responsibilities include answering phones, minor accounting and bookkeeping, filing, clerical duties, handling mail, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will be proficient in use of computer programs including Word, Excel, and email programs, and is familiar with the operation of copiers, scanners and fax machines.
General clerical tasks including: answering phones, filing, mail
Minor knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping including payables and receivables
Use of technology including fax, scanner and computer
High proficiency of experience in Excel a MUST
Maintain a high-level of customer service to internal and external customers
Ability to work cross functionally with other departments and team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years' experience in performing general office skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
Physical Demands / Working Conditions:
Sitting for long periods of time
Walking project site on occasion including climbing stairs
Completing tasks using a computer and other office equipment
Position requires frequent talking, hearing, and vision with occasional standing, walking and reaching
May require lifting up to 30 lbs.

The Property Manager ensures that the property is successful both financially and as a residential community. We are looking for candidates who are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about intricacies of managing housing and can be an integral part of a hard working team. The Property Manager will provide supervision to site staff through the planning and scheduling of work, and the review and approval of tasks.
The essential functions of the Property Manager will include:
·Leasing of apartments including touring prospects, answering phones, preparing lease paperwork, and following up with prospective residents.
·Day to day financial management of the property including posting rents, conducting bank deposits, managing delinquency, and financial reporting.
·Overseeing the maintenance of the community, daily property inspections, working with vendors to ensure repairs and work are completed, and overseeing the Maintenance Supervisor & Maintenance Team.
·Managing and controlling budgets, billing and invoicing for the property.
A minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager.
Knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing Regulations
Understanding of finance; ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts
Understanding of leasing, marketing, construction, and tenant relations.
Strong written, verbal, and innovative problem solving skills.
Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of One-Site a plus.

The Maintenance Technician performs service duties and coordinates activities of workers/vendors to insure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property is completed in an efficient manner.
Job Description : To be responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance of the community. Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1) Perform maintenance on all appliances.
2) Perform electrical repairs, plumbing work, carpentry work.
3) Perform custodial work & grounds work.
4) Refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy.
5) Painting & drywall repair.
6) Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, refurbishing, annual inspections, inventories.
7) Schedule & coordinate with vendors as needed.
8) Other responsibilities as determined and delegated by the Property Manager.
