Q: How much are the move in fees?
A: The application fee is $75, Administrative fee is $325, and the Security Deposit is $300 w/ approved credit. Call for current specials on move in fees.
Q: What is included with the apartment?
A: Unlimited use of our amenities. Full-size Washer and Dryer in each apartment home, Frost Free Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher and Disposals, Eat-in Kitchens, Breakfast bar, huge great room, Walk-in Closet, Linen Closets, Vertical Blinds, Comcast cable.
Q: What are the qualifications for leasing an apartment home?
A: We run a credit and criminal background check on all residents 18 and over. Proof of income is required and each applicant must make at least 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent.
Q: What are your lease terms?
A: 1 - 13 months
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, less than 25lbs –limit 2 per apartment
